How long will it take my order to ship?

Cutters are shipped in the order that they are received. Please check the processing times before you make your purchase to ensure your order will arrive on time. Processing times do not include your shipping time.  All items are shipped via USPS First Class mail, Priority Mail, and Priority Express. You will have the option to choose your shipping method at checkout. USPS does not work on Sundays or Holidays, and shipping times are affected by National Weather, so, take that into consideration when placing your order. USPS does not guarantee shipping times. We are not responsible for delayed or lost items but please contact us if you have any issues.

 

How can I cancel my order?

You may be able to cancel your order within the first 24 hours of placing your order. We do not cancel orders due to processing times. If your order has already been processed and shipped, you will not be able to cancel.

 

Can I combine my order?

If interested in combining orders, please contact us.

 

Can I exchange cutters?

Unfortunately, due to the nature of the products, we do not accept exchanges. If you ordered an incorrect size or would like to exchange the design before your order is shipped, please contact us. 

Do you make custom cutters?

We do offer custom orders. We do not accept custom orders during busy seasons or sales.
